That's why we offer a comprehensive warranty and service policy that covers all the premium electric bikes, motorcycles, and accessories we sell. Here’s everything you need to know about our coverage:
Warranty Coverage

Electric Bikes:
All electric bikes come with an extensive 2-year warranty and 1 Year on Kids Models This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. -
Electric Dirt Bikes:
All electric dirt bike brands are covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty ensures that you can ride with confidence, knowing you're protected against any manufacturing issues. -
Parts & Accessories:
All parts and accessories purchased from EV Speed are covered by a 3-month warranty. This includes any components or add-ons that enhance your riding experience.
What’s Covered by Our Warranty

Manufacturer's Faults & Defects:
Our warranty covers any faults, defects, or failures that result from manufacturing issues. If something goes wrong due to a flaw in the production process, we’ve got you covered. -
Original Purchasers:
The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product, provided that a receipt or proof of purchase is presentable.
What’s Not Covered by Our Warranty
While we strive to offer the best protection for your investment, there are certain conditions and scenarios that are not covered by our warranty:
- Misuse: Damage caused by misuse, such as impacts, collisions, or freestyle activities, is not covered.
- Environmental Damage: Claims related to damage from water, natural disasters, fires, storms, or floods are not covered. Additionally, exposure to external elements that cause damage like blemishing, stains, rust, or similar is not covered.
- Foreign Objects & Debris: Any damage caused by foreign objects or debris is not covered.
- Incorrect Fitment & Installation: Warranty coverage does not extend to issues resulting from incorrect fitment, installation, or assembly.
- Un-authorized Repairs & Services: Any repairs or services performed by un-authorized persons or companies, unless otherwise permitted by Ampd Brothers, will void the warranty.
- Freight or Transport Damage: Damage incurred during freight or transport is not covered. We recommend opting for shipping insurance at checkout if you require it.
- Wear & Tear Items: Items subject to normal wear and tear, such as tires, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, seats, perishables, or fluids, are not covered by the warranty.
- Lack of Maintenance: Failure to uphold the regular maintenance schedule as outlined in your manual will void the warranty. Please see the manuals here.
- Modifications & DIY Installations: Modifications, alterations, or DIY installations of parts or accessories that are not supplied as original by Ampd Brothers, or any alteration of the device from its original manufacturer's state, will void the warranty.
- Packaging for Returns: The warranty does not cover any packaging required to securely pack items for return or repair.

Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, simply bring it to our store at 153 Old Pacific Highway, Oxenford, or contact us to arrange a service. Our team will inspect the issue and, if it’s covered, repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
