Eligibility for Returns

New & Unused Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the bike or product must be in **new and unused** condition. This means it should be free from any signs of use, wear, or damage, and must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. - Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us:
Please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period to initiate a return. Be sure to have your proof of purchase and order details ready. - Inspection: Once your return request is approved, bring the product to our store at 153 Old Pacific Highway, Oxenford. Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Refund Process: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Important Notes
- Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply if the product shows signs of handling or if the original packaging is not intact. - Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as those that are not in new and unused condition, or products that have been customized or modified, are not eligible for return. - Return Shipping:
If you are unable to return the product in person, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
