Delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days, excluding public holidays and peak periods.

We securely box all orders but items like bikes require some assemblyā€”refer to our assembly page or contact your local dealer for assistance (assembly fees may apply). Note, we do not ship large items to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, though small articles can be delivered to P.O. Boxes via AusPost.

Typically, products are not assembled, so if you require assembly, please contact us to arrange it (fees may apply). This option allows you to get your new electric bike quickly and start riding sooner.

We will deliver your bike or any other order within a 20km radius of our Oxenford store, located at 153 Old Pacific Hwy, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia.
