Our trading hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm (closed on public holidays).
Typically, products are not assembled, so if you require assembly, please contact us to arrange it (fees may apply). This option allows you to get your new electric bike quickly and start riding sooner.

Remember: All battery range estimates can vary on multiple different conditions such as terrain, load, ride style, weather and many other factors. Installation of this battery on any non genuine Ace bikes will void any warranty.
